The Captain's House is a Grade 2 listed cottage located in the heart of Appledore. The property is located in Bude Street and is approximately 75 metres from the waterfront, known as the Quay, where there are wonderful views across the estuary to Instow. The cottage has three double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom which has two single beds. There is a small courtyard garden as well as a kitchen, reception room and two bathrooms.
The house is very well equipped and has wifi, landline phone and cable T.V as well as the standard amenities (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer)
Appledore is a small fishing and historic shipbuilding village, full of character, and is an ideal location to explore North Devon and further afield.
